One reason Kari and David wanted to start their own company was to provide benefits and a workplace they would want to be a part of if they weren’t the owners. They are deeply passionate about people, work/life balance, mental health, paying a livable wage, and offering excellent benefits. As they continue to grow, so do their benefits.
While they may not yet be exactly where they want to be, as they are still a young company, they have set goals. Presently, their benefits include:
Flexible, work/life balance (we get it, we have a life outside of work too, that should come first).
9/80 schedule or 10/4s for office jobs
Remote work option for office
Full-time or part-time available
Twelve(12) days of paid time off (PTO)
8.5 days of paid Holidays (Why the half? For Christmas Eve, of course.)
Goal for 2024: To have between Christmas and New Years off, every year. No one wants you in their house at that time anyway!
Opportunities for continuing education and job-related conferences
Retirement savings with company match
Short and long term disability
Medical, dental, and vision Insurance premium stipend option
Uniforms (company shirts and sweatshirts for all and boots for field)
Tools provided
Bonus Program
Site Foremen will receive their own work van after their trial period ends.
